It was at the same day a big turkish wedding and we were not informed by the reception about that. This was for the whole night and soo loud, that we couldn't sleep.

After politely asking the receptionist to reduce the noise, he cried and was so rude mentioning they can party all night long and nothing would stop them.

I have called the police, they came in 40 minutes late in the night at am and mentioned that they couldn't interfere, because the hotel is in outskirts of the city and on ly neighbors can complain but eventhough they wouldn't be able to stop the party.
